We want every homeowner who reaches Minorgrounds Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

• The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

Still, we would like to hear about it. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Minorgrounds Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How to File

Email contact@minorgrounds.living and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The phone number you dialed or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
