Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Minorgrounds Roofing works and how it gets paid. This disclosure explains our role in plain terms. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Minorgrounds Roofing Is

Minorgrounds Roofing is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent roofing providers. We do not inspect roofs, repair them, replace them, fix storm or hail damage, or offer any other roofing service.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider. It may also go to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Minorgrounds Roofing may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The amount may depend on things like how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you do not hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Minorgrounds Roofing. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its warranties, permits, licenses and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Recorded Calls

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
